Ultra Consistent Show Stealer Does It Again

Show Stealer drew a wide gate in the last at Sandown today – a 1200 metre race for mares rated 0-78 (Captain Gerrard Series, Heat 1). Characteristically she jumped well to lead effortlessly. Well rated by Jockey Ronald Bell, she was never really challenged. She won the race by more than a length. The ultra consistent mare, trained by Ricky Maund, has captured three wins and five seconds (two at Moonee Valley) in eight of her last ten outings.
