Lauriston Thoroughbred Farm will present five yearlings at the Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale which commences on Wednesday 6th January 2016.
The yearlings will be stabled in Barn QA Boxes 7-11 and paraded at the Gold Coast from Friday 1st January.
Each of these yearlings are Vobis Gold eligible and BOBS eligibe
Lot 227 Bay Colt Not a Single Doubt x Five Star Belle
Lot 227 is a strong colt by Australia’s leading 2yo sire Not A Single Doubt and looks ready to run now. Pedigree analysts will note that this colt’s family has already produced black type performers by Not A Single Doubt (Cavallo Pazzo) and by his broodmare sire Rory’s Jester (Aragen). This colt is the second foal from General Nediym mare Five Star Belle. His three quarter 2yo sister, The Seductress, is already a winner.
Lot 493 Bay Colt Snitzel x Paramount
Lot 493 is a striking colt with plenty of X-factor about him. He is by one of Australia’s most sought after stallions Snitzel . The colt is out of the sprinting mare Paramount. Paramount is a full sister to Group 1 Stradbroke Handicap winner La Montagna.
Lot 530 Grey Filly Snitzel x Rapidement
Lot 530, an impressive filly, by one of Australia’s most popular sires Snitzel, is bred on a similar cross to Wandjina. She is the second foal from speedy race mare Rapidement. Rapidement is from a sprinting family. She herself won seven races to 1200 metres including down the straight at Flemington and over the 955 trip at Moonee Valley.
Lot 602 Bay Filly Redoute’s Choice x Show Stealer
Lot 602, a stunning filly by champion sire Redoute’s Choice is from sprinting mare Show Stealer. Show Stealer won eight races including her last three starts. Three of Show Stealer’s siblings are black type performers including Group 2 Todman Slipper winner Great Crusader, as well as Stolen Beauty dam, of Magic Millions 2yo winner Real Surreal and Benny’s Buttons.

Lot 623 is a strong filly by Not A Single Doubt. Not A Single Doubt is currently Australia’s leading 2yo sire and he is third on Australia’s general sire list. This filly is from a winning daughter of Octagonal mare Capto, dam of Rendzina and a half sister to the good race filly and Group 1 producing dam Khaptivaan.
