This year Lauriston Thoroughbred Farm are proud to be presenting a draft of nine quality yearlings at Inglis’ Melbourne Premier Sale.
The draft will be available for inspection from Tuesday 25 February in Barn D boxes 84-92 at Oaklands Junction.
Lot 4 Brown Colt Snitzel x Venus 
This attractive colt by Australia’s leading sire Snitzel is from the daughter of the well-
related stakes placed Stormette who has begun a black type dynasty of her own. Venus herself is a half-sister to a Group 1 winning stallion.
Lot 24 Bay Colt Starcraft x Acceleration
This athletic colt by Group 1 Australian Derby winner Starcraft is from Encosta de Lago mare Acceleration – a regular city grade performer who was runner-up at listed level and won more than $180,000.
Lot 121 Bay or Brown Filly Encosta de Lago x Complete Control 
This well grown filly by two time Australian champion sire Encosta de Lago is the first foal from Rubiton mare Complete Control. She won more than $130,000 and is the half-sister to multiple black type winners including General Truce.
Lot 190 Chestnut Filly Not a Single Doubt x Emilydelago
This strong filly by boom sire Not A Single Doubt is the third foal from Encosta de Lago mare Emilydelago. Emilydelago is a half sister to Group winner Shanghai Warrior. Her first two foals are both winners including City winner and stakes placed Zellindi.
Lot 276 Chestnut Colt Foreplay x Gal Express
This leggy colt by successful sire Foreplay is from Success Express mare Gal Express. Four of this colt’s siblings have raced. All are winners including thrice listed placegetter Timely Truce.
