Global Glamour (2f. Star Witness x Spectacular) did not win as if she was Amelia\u2019s Dream who won by 10 lengths on debut. Global Glamour won by 6.3 lengths. Although slightly tardy away, Paul King pushed Global Glamour to take up a forward position along the rail. After straightening and steering to the middle of the track, King pressed the go button. The 2yo filly responded impressively. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=qNbCgl90INU\">Gai TV: Global Glamour<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Gai Waterhouse\u2019s English won the same race last year. She went on to win the Group 2 Reisling Stakes in her next start and followed that run in The Golden Slipper where she finished second. The syndicate is made up of 40 ladies from around the world.<\/p>\n<p>Global Glamour is the third 2yo filly from Lauriston Thoroughbred 2013 crop to race this season.
