The Inglis Sydney Easter Yearling Sale concluded on Thursday with five yearlings comprising of Lauriston Thoroughbred Farm\u2019s supplementary additions. The yearlings had previously been withdrawn from Inglis’ Melbourne\u2019s Premier yearling sale due to a quarantine issue that was subsequently averted.<\/p>\n
Combined with yearlings already entered into the main session at Easter, Lauriston\u2019s final draft at Inglis\u2019 Easter Yearling Sale totaled seven yearlings.<\/p>\n
Among the draft was lot 28 – a grey colt by Street Cry form champion race mare Gold Edition. The colt was purchased by Darley.<\/p>\n
Two yearlings will join Mick Price\u2019s team \u2013 lot 310 a strong More Than Ready filly from stakes placed mare Amarazetti and lot 551 a Starcraft colt from Acceleration.<\/p>\n
Lot 553 was a striking chestnut filly that caught a lot of attention. After strong bids she was knocked down to Flemington Bloodstock Agency\/Corstens Racing.<\/p>\n
The last lot through the sale was a Snitzel colt out of Venus. This colt was purchased by Blue Sky Bloodstock FBAA\/Dean Hawthorne Bloodstock to be trained by Gerald Ryan.<\/p>\n
Lot 554 by Exceed and Excel from Show Stealer was snapped up by Darren Dance\u2019s Australian Thoroughbred Bloodstock.<\/p>\n
