This year we are proud to be presenting a draft of six quality yearlings at Adelaide’s Magic Millions Sale. This will be our third time as vendors at the Adelaide sale. Purchasers found Melbourne city winners Alcohol and Cavallo Nero among our 2010 draft. All of our yearlings are Super VOBIS qualified.
Our yearlings will be available for inspection from Friday 8th March in Barn 3 of the Morphettville complex.
Lot 43 Bay Colt Bianconi x Tendue
This athletic colt is a full brother to Alcohol. Alcohol has won at Flemington and Moonee Valley. He
is a GP3 runner up and winner of more than $210,000. Their sire Bianconi is a noted getter of winners including Nicconi while their dam has produced three foals to race – all are winners.
Lot 94 Bay Filly Bel Esprit x Bloomin’ Marvellous
This strong filly is by Black Caviar’s sire Bel Esprit. She is from the family of Grand Taj and Esprit de Roses and Innovation Girl.
Lot 160 Chestnut Colt Rock of Gibralter x Glorious Spirit
This colt from the family of British Lion, British General and Here For Glory is by 2,000 Guineas winner Rock Of Gibralter.
Lot 352 Bay Colt Domesday x Cosmic Express
This impressive colt is bred on the same cross as Duporth. His sire Domesday has produced Group 1 winners Press day and Doctor Doom and he shares the same broodmare sire, Success Express as Gold Edition, Savabeel and Pinker Pinker.
Lot 356 Bay Filly Magnus x Docalady
This quality filly is by Group 1 winner Magnus – A close relation to Black Caviar, All Too Hard and Wilander. The filly’s dam Docalady was placed at listed level on three occasions.
Lot 418 Bay Filly Teofilo x Novagen
This well-grown daughter of Teofilo is from the speedy family of Novajinsky. She is a half-sister to Geelong’s 1,000metre synthetic track record holder Nova Spirit. Although a young sire, Teofilo has already produced two Group 1 winners.
